Dear Ones,

It’s a sunny Christmas Eve as I’m writing this note to you, feeling grateful for the season we’ve shared together.

KUUF’s lay leaders and committees have worked hard and closely with me this fall to offer comfort, inspiration, and challenge in your spiritual and religious lives. Each of you, with every conversation, act of goodwill, moment you’ve asked for support, and time you’ve volunteered, you’ve been part of weaving this Beloved Community.

After the Christmas Eve service, I will be on vacation through January 5, and then study leave, returning on January 21. During study leave, I am available for pastoral care emergencies.
